Soup Salad
I am tired of potato soup salad or extra crunchy spuds. Any hints on perfectly cooked potatoes for salad?
I always make sure the size of the pieces are about even and then I stick a knife when they have been boiling about ten mins. IF it slides of the knife easily then they are ready if they slide of but slowly then leave a couple more mins and try again.
When they are OK serve or if for salad cool immediately under cold running water.
