It's true what people say about change being the only constant thing in this universe. And that is also true when it comes to fashion. Styles and trends have shifted like crazy this past few years. However, there are still some things that remain in style forever. One example is the tuxedo, the every man's formal wear that will never ever go wrong. A tuxedo will be the go to option when it comes to men's formal fashion for a long time, if not forever. That is why it is very important that a lot of thought is put into buying one. And because you will have good use out of this simple yet always elegant piece of clothing, investing money on it should not be an issue.

Though it seems that all tuxedos look alike, there are actually many options that are divided into two basic styles: the single-breasted and double-breasted styles. But a basic rule is that, which is also true with suits, bigger men should wear single-breasted with lesser buttons while smaller men should stick to double-breasted and more button for their tuxedo needs.

With the constant changes in fashion, a lot of colors for tuxedo have started to be available on the market. It includes blues, grays, browns and many more. Most of the time, these colors tend to be too tacky for tuxedo. That is why the basic black is still a must for one's wardrobe. Not only a black tuxedo suit everybody, it is also widely accepted for all formal occasions.
The Fabric
Another important factor that every man should know when buying a tuxedo is the material from which it was made from. There are several fabrics that are being used for tuxedo, from polyester to wool, and everything between. But the choice is actually actually depends on the wearer on whether he'll feel comfortable wearing the tuxedo. This is because wearing a tuxedo should not only be about looking good, but also feeling good. But asking someone for advise regarding this decision will also go a long way.
Where to Buy
If you have a little more money to spend and want to impress everyone, the best way to go are designer tuxedo that are bespoke and fitted to you perfectly. But beware because most of these are very expensive, so you should be ready to shed some cash. However if you're in a tight budget, there are still those that offer the best deals on tuxedos. Off-the-rack tux are usually less expensive, but fit can be a big problem. So be patient when trying to look for ready-made tuxedos that will fit you nicely without looking too sloppy. Of course, you can always go to your local tailor to have them remedy some of the problems with the fit, but you need to pay more. There are also stores that offer packages which includes trousers, tuxedo shirt, cummerbund, bow tie, Cuff Links and studs. If you're lucky and find one that fits you perfectly, then you can definitely hit the bargain jackpot with these store.
